omg exactly chloe seriously i think we could be twins im now referring to you as twinnie! Yay, I always wanted a twin! ;D I agree that BN was better in the books. In the show, they have the Captain all over Nate to stay with Blair for the deal. At least in the books, Nate was seriously conflicted over the two girls. I still never liked BN, but I could read them more than I can watch them. BN was hard to watch in the first few episodes. It seemed more like 'Serena's World' than 'Gossip Girl'. I guess that they wanted to establish the characters before developing them.

twinnie(= i do think that first few episodes were more Serena's World and because of that it was hard to watch.

I think they finally realized that Serena is not the central character (Blair is), and that the show revolves around the Fab Four, I mean the main six kids. It helped.

I liked Serena a lot more when we got to see her flaws - it makes her human and someone we can relate to.

I loved BN in the books. I don't think they did them justice on the show, but whatever.

I just finished rereading the second book. OMG, how much do I remember how much I hate BN. Oh..*shakes head*
But, I agree, Koko - they didn't do them justice on the show. There's still a ton more to play around with.

Yes, I too enjoyed seeing Serena-obsessed Nate. *nods*
*cough*
No, but in all seriousness, the BN moments were adorable in the flashback.
